Lead Designer for startup Ship.com, I was responsible for all visuals for the products redesign. I was one of two designers, the other being responsible for functionality. Ship.com iOS app has been launched and can be downloaded on the Apple App Store.

Solution
Incorporate Progressive Disclosure within the design. Progressive disclosure defers advanced features to a secondary screen, making applications easier to learn and less error-prone.

Lead Designer responsible for iManage's leading product, iManage Works, a document management system. Partnered with POs, PMs, QA, and Devs in an Agile environment to oversee and produce the user experience of new features from conception until launch. I presented design solutions, defended design decisions, and incorporated feedback into the design cycle.
